Robert
Eutsler received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1974
and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1971,
both from the University of Texas at Austin. He is licensed
to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas, and is licensed
to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States
in Washington, D.C. He is also admitted to practice in the
Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Southern District of
Texas (Houston Division) in the federal system. He is a member
of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the
Municipal Justice Bar Association of Texas, and the Harris
County Municipal Justice Bar Association.
Robert
has argued before the Texas Supreme Court, has been a judge
for moot court competition at the South Texas College of Law,
and has served as a volunteer mediator with the Dispute Resolution
Center of Harris County. He served 6 years in the armed forces
(honorably discharged). He is a native Houstonian, is married,
and has four children.
